Challenge

Jason Martin MD is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body. Dr. Martin wanted to include more video marketing in his overall marketing strategy. More specifically, he wanted to capture talking head videos of himself in order to use on his website and across social media. These videos would serve to help patients learn more about him and services he provides. He also wanted to make improvements to his social media presence to streamline the process, improve quality and increase organic growth.

Solution

In order to help patients learn more about Dr. Martin, his clinic, and the services he provides, we produced over 75 videos including a welcome video, a walkthrough of his new clinic, frequently asked questions series, and several videos showcasing specific services and procedures. We also helped get Dr. Martin’s practice set up with a social media content calendar, developed a workflow process, adopted scheduling tools, and provided a researched hashtag strategy to increase reach and engagement. The process was easy to adopt and change overall improved the effectiveness and efficiency of his social media marketing.
